- ½ cup shredded red cabbage
- ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup thinly sliced radishes
- ½ avocado diced
- ¼ cup hemp seeds or sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup sprouts broccoli, alfalfa, or mung bean
- ½ cup steamed asparagus chopped (optional)
Lemon Detox Dressing:
- 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or flaxseed oil for an omega boost
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or raw honey
