Bake your desired pie crust as directed on the packaging. Allow to cool.
Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and warm in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds for about 2-3 minutes. Do not over heat! Just enough to have all the chips melt. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
In a food processor add the tofu, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chocolate. Blend for about 30 seconds. Take a spatula and scrape the sides and blend again until the mixture is completely smooth.
Pour mixture into the cooled pie crust. Allow the pie to set in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
Cut pie into 8 pieces and enjoy with coconut whip cream!
