Raw Vegan Brownies
These brownies are raw, rich, fudgy, and full of wholesome ingredients!

- 2 cups walnuts
- 1 ½ cups Medjool dates (pitted)
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Prepare the walnuts: In a food processor, pulse the walnuts until they are finely ground, but not too powdery.
Add the dates: Add the pitted dates to the walnut mixture. Process until the mixture starts to clump together.
Mix in cocoa powder: Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Continue to process until all ingredients are well combined, forming a dough-like consistency.
Press into a dish: Transfer the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper. Press down firmly with your hands or the back of a spoon to create an even layer.
Chill: Place the dish in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours to set.
Serve: Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
