  • 1 Food Dehydrator

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buckwheat groats (soaked overnight and drained)
  • 1 cup rolled oats (soaked overnight and drained)
  • 1 cup almonds (soaked overnight and drained)
  • 1 cup walnuts (soaked overnight and drained)
  • ½ cup cashews (soaked overnight and drained)
  • 1 cup dates (pitted and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon rasins
  • 2 tablespoon pumkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • To start this awesome granola, we'll have to do a bit of soaking. See ingredients above. it's easiest to soak these overnight and drain when you're ready to prepare.
  • In a large bowl combine ALL of the listed ingredients and mix well.
  • Once nicely combined, spread evenly over two teflex liners on two food dehydrator sheets.
  • Set food dehydrator to 115℉ or 46℃ for 8 hours.
  • Remove trays, break granola apart, and place back in the dehydrator for 4 additional hours.
  • Store in air tight containers when finished.
  • Serve with yogurt or with a nice plant-based milk.

Notes

  • Drying times are approximations. Over/under drying is fine. Some people like VERY dry granola when others like a little softness. Find what you like best!
