To start this awesome granola, we'll have to do a bit of soaking. See ingredients above. it's easiest to soak these overnight and drain when you're ready to prepare.
In a large bowl combine ALL of the listed ingredients and mix well.
Once nicely combined, spread evenly over two teflex liners on two food dehydrator sheets.
Set food dehydrator to 115℉ or 46℃ for 8 hours.
Remove trays, break granola apart, and place back in the dehydrator for 4 additional hours.
Store in air tight containers when finished.
Serve with yogurt or with a nice plant-based milk.
