- 15 oz chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- ½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 4x4-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Blend the Chickpeas: In a food processor, blend the chickpeas until smooth. Add almond butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
Add Chocolate Chips: Fold chips into the batter with a spatula.
